Store honey and propolis products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Honey does not need refrigeration and will keep indefinitely when stored properly. Propolis extract should be kept at room temperature with the lid tightly sealed. If your honey crystallises, simply place the jar in warm water to return it to a liquid state: this is a natural process and does not affect quality.

Yes. Several products in our range carry certified organic status, and we clearly mark these on each product page. We also stock products that are grown and harvested using natural methods even where full organic certification has not been sought. When in doubt, the product description will tell you exactly how and where it was produced.
