How do I place an order?
You can place an order by browsing our products, adding them to your cart, and checking out securely.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to Australia, South Korea, Singapore and Taiwan. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and the delivery address, and delivery times vary by destination. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us as soon as you can. We can usually change or cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, which is normally 1 to 3 business days after you order. Once it has been dispatched we cannot recall it, but you can still return an unopened item under our Refund Policy.
