John & Jill's Propolis Manuka Honey Signature Series 1650+ John & Jill's Propolis Manuka Honey Signature Series 1650+
The Signature Series is John & Jill's rarest honey. It begins with the finest and purest Manuka, selected from the very first days of each harvest season, then blended with Australian Native Stingless Bee Propolis and finished through our slow air-aging method. The result is a premium, high-strength Manuka honey with the depth and character only patience can produce.
Made on nature's terms
The Signature Series is produced rarely, only when a super high grade honey presents itself. No two seasons are alike: how much is harvested, and the level of activity the honey achieves, is decided by the climate and the natural environment. In some years it cannot be produced at all. When it can, each jar carries the very best of that season.
What makes it special
- Only the finest and purest Manuka honey, selected from the beginning of each harvest season
- Blended with Australian Native Stingless Bee Propolis
- Completed through a slow air-aging method
- Premium high-strength 1650+ series
- Released only in exceptional years, in limited quantities
How to enjoy
A honey this rare deserves to be tasted on its own: a teaspoon, unhurried. Beyond that, let it melt over warm sourdough, stir it through warm water with lemon, or serve it alongside a sharp cheese.
